At MH Wears, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, replacement, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Returns
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged product upon delivery
- Incorrect size shipped
7-Day After Wash Guarantee
Our t-shirts are made from 100% premium cotton. If, within 7 days of delivery, the product experiences major color fading, fabric defects, or stitching issues after the first wash (when washed according to our care instructions), you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Not Eligible
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Damage caused by misuse, bleach, or improper washing.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
How to Request
Simply contact our support team with your Order Number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days.
